1. A Thing That Used To Be A Home
A tinted red-head there
Dirty blond here
Your hairs are slowly falling off
They fall and sit on the rooftop
alongside the river
sweeping the surface of the blue
and your sorrow do they allude
I don’t remember when you were a home
to me..
Facing your way, I gaze
upon the remnants of August
There’s a wall between us
and it’s cold as love gone wrong
I don’t remember when you were a home
to us
I don’t remember when there were no roads
on earth..
Take me off this road..
Take me away.
